Chief Executive Officer
Daniel graduated from Trinity Western University with his degree in Business Administration. He spent 13 years in the retail sector and brings extensive experience in leading profit-generating operations using innovative technology.
His experience led him to Commercial Real Estate over a decade ago and his skills have helped him successfully manage assets in excess of $75 million and over 500,000 square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial buildings.
Daniel also provides representation to Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Tenants, and Landlords and is known for his fairness and honesty. He understands that availability and communication are key to ensuring a successful transaction and happy workplace.
Daniel leads our organization with a love for growing people and sets a strong tone at the top by emphasizing the importance of relationships and integrity. Morse & Brown is poised to provide a unique experience in all things real estate, and here we believe that in all aspects of the business, people come first.
Chief Financial Officer
Beth graduated from the University of Utah with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accountancy in 2013 and became a Certified Public Accountant in early 2015.
Beth brings almost a decade of experience as a financial statement auditor, tax preparer, and expert in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. She designs, implements, and maintains our systems of internal control over financial reporting to ensure our Owners receive accurate and timely reports.
She is passionate about integrity and transparency and sets the tone at the top to ensure the culture of our company follows in her lead. She loves her clients and her team and looks forward to building a future together.
